School Friendship Links

Working alongside remote communities, we have built many strong and enduring friendships with the people we have supported. Developing school links with beneficiary communities can continue to provide engagement both directly with the Trust but also with schools in the UK and on the Isle of Man. Linking schools provides an opportunity for pupils to learn about each other’s culture and lives while developing friendships and continued support. A number of UK schools arrange regular trips to their link school to experience the culture, renew friendships, help with refurbishments and provide resources. Some of the links have been running for over 20 years!

Leave a Legacy

We know your first priority when making a Will is to provide for your loved ones, but many find that even after they have done this they can leave something to a cause they hold dear. A gift in your Will is the perfect way to continue to provide support a charity such as Pahar Trust Nepal to continue to provide improved education to rural Nepali communities long into the future.

If you would like to found out more about leaving a legacy please get in touch with us.

Megan's Story

I would like to say a massive thanks to the Pahar Trust, as an 18-year-old and this being my first solo trip 16 hours away from home, everyone I met in Nepal was so polite and friendly.
